Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website processes and why. In short: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The only personal data I receive is what you choose to send me.

Who is responsible

Nikolaos Koulouridis (“justNull”), Kavala, Greece. You can reach me at nikos.nullwork@gmail.com. I am the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, so there is no cookie banner.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key theme. It never leaves your device and is used for nothing else. Because it only exists to provide a feature you asked for, it doesn’t require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Cloudflare acts as my processor. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain. No third-party content is loaded when you visit.

Contacting me

If you use the contact form or email me, I receive the name, email address and message you provide.

• Purpose: to read your message and reply to it.
• Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• How it travels: by default the form opens your own email app, and the message goes directly from your mailbox to mine. If the site is configured to deliver form messages through a form-delivery service, that service passes the message to my inbox as my processor.
• Retention: I keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together.
• I never sell your data or use it for marketing.

This site links to GitHub, GitLab, LinkedIn and some of my live projects. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email me and I will reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
